Arnica and Chamomile Muscle Rub

For this recipe, you can increase the arnicle oil if you want an even more effective muscle rub.
 500 ml Neutral gel base
 5 ml Arnica oil
 5 drops tea tree essential oil
 5 drops chamomile extract

Incorporate the active ingredients well into the gel base by folding the ingredients into the gel with a plastic spatula.

Optional: Add water soluble dye to colour the gel.
