How to melt Glycerine melt and pour soap
Cut the amount of soap you need into small pieces. Place the soap in a microwavable container and melt the soap until it has melted. Do not let it boil. Add water soluble dye to colour the soap and fragrance the soap by adding your own desired amount of fragrance or essential oil. Stir the dye and fragrance in gently. Pour the soap into the soap mould and spritz the soap with bubble go spray to remove excess foam. Allow to set. Once set wrap the soap.
Ingredients for Soap Bases Melt and Pour
Vegetable Gyclerine, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Stearate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Sorbitol, sodium myristate, Triethanolamine (organic neutraliser), Citris Extract, Sucrose, Aloe Extract, sodium Hydroxide
White Soap – Added Titanium Dioxide
Goat Milk Soap: all the above Plus goat milk.
Coloured soap – Fragrance and D & C Dyes
Or if you do not wish to use a microwave you can melt the soap in a stainless steel pot and melt the soap over a low heat. You can re melt the soap several times.
Depending on how big your soap mould is will determine how many soaps you will make from 1kg soap.
You can remelt the soap over and over again.
